Respite STA

Our Respite STA's were created to offer our participant’s who need respite. Respite with a difference. We believe respite should be a fun adventure and as such have a tailored approach for our participants. We tailor the respite to each of our clients needs and create an itinerary to suit their disability so that our clients feel supported and comfortable while we have them in our care. A range of choices and activities are offered to make our respites fun and inclusive for anyone who attends.

Level 2 Support Coordination

Support Coordination provides assistance to coordinate and implement the supports defined in your NDIS plan. Through Support Coordination we can assist you to find the right services and supports to meet your individual needs and assist you in achieving your goals whilst maintaining your choice and control.

Assistance with Self Care

Our Assistance with Daily Living and Self Care services help our clients maintain independence to have supports in their own homes and maintain their independence . We have a lovely team of support workers with qualifications in the industry who can offer our clients the highest levels of support to assist with their daily needs.

Services

Community Access

Our Access Community Social and Recreational Activities help our clients maintain independence while still being able to actively engage within the community and also having supports in their own homes. We have a lovely team of support workers with qualifications in the industry who can offer our clients the highest levels of support.

Counselling

We offer experienced Counsellors who have a wealth of knowledge and experience with Mental Health and Psychosocial disabilities.

Our approach is person centered and solution orientated and caters for all different ages and backgrounds. We can tailor your sessions to be in person or online depeding on your preferences and individual needs.
